Below renderings seen on Yimbyland's X/Twitter July 2024 - If Senator Scott Wiener, State Legislators, Mayor Breed & several of our Supervisors get their way this is certainly what we'll get! This rendering may be an over exaggeration, but if SB423 lets them fast track projects and/or get their way, this is certainly what they will push for! We'll end up with hundreds of projects like this (e.g. luxury condo's for sale ) in the Neighborhoods that'll be empty, like The Westerly, become blight and/or end up being like a project from the past that was
managed horribly by a Non-Profit *.
